Bottled at 50% abv, this impressive bottling pulls together spirits from Waterford’s Single Farm Origin series to create an outstanding Irish whiskey.
Aromas of stewed apples, malt loaf, and barley sugar are present on the palate. The palate brings orange zest, lemon peel, and olive. The finish is very smooth and full of barley.
