The Lost Distillery Co. Dalaruan

Part of the Classic Selection from The Lost Distillery Co., this marriage of 100% aged single malt Scotch whiskies aims to recreate the whisky of the now lost Dalaruan distillery of Campbeltown. Operational from 1825-1925, Dalaruan was founded by Charles Colvill but eventually fell victim to the collapse of Campbeltown’s whisky boom.

The nose has the earthy notes of peat and sea salt with some juicy orchard fruits. The palate brings more coastal notes alongside apple and apricot, before a pinch of salt and warming spice in the finish.
