Teeling 15 Year Old Single Grain

A limited edition bottling from The Spirit of Dublin, this Single Grain whisky has been matured for 14 years in bourbon casks, followed by a year-long finish in Sauvignon Blanc casks. Presented at a bold 50% abv and free from chill filtration, only 12,000 bottles have been released.

Expect aromas of grapefruit, green apple and honey suckle on the nose, with a fresh and zesty palate of peppers, honeydew melon, vanilla bean and hints of pear. The finish is notably drying, with a lingering subtle fruitiness.
