The stunning fifth batch of Seaweed & AEONS & Digging & Fire & Cask Strength 10 Year Old. This Islay dram has been bottled at powerful 57.2% abv. The dram’s well-balanced flavour can be attributed to 25% of the malt being finished in sherry casks.

Expect aromas of crystallised ginger, sea salt, and moss on the nose. The palate brings cracked black pepper, dark chocolate, espresso, and stewed fruits before leading into a finish full of carrageen, salt air, and baking spices.
