A The Whisky Shop exclusive, Regent Street Cask Bottlers present this Staoisha distilled at Bunnahabhain distillery on Islay. Matured for nine years in an octave cask, the impressive single malt is bottled at 50% abv. Only 64 bottles exist!
On the nose, we find aromas of peat, sweet iodine leading to stewed fruits, raisins and cinnamon. Sweet and spicy flavours arise on the palate; nuts, apple, leather and coastal brine. A full bodied finish, with notes of vanilla, caramel and a lingering smoky close.
