Redbreast 27 Year Old

The incredible Redbreast 27 year old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is the oldest expression in the Redbreast core range. Matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and ruby ports casks, the expression is bottled at 53.6% abv. 

Expect aromas of tropical fruits, orange zest, vanilla bean, toffee, oak and berries on the nose, leading to a palate full of fruity and spicy flavour. We find delectable notes of cherries, plums, summer berries, and vanilla interlaced with chilli oil, cinnamon and nutmeg.
