Paul John Classic Select Cask

This ‘Select Cask’ is the crème de la crème of John Paul’s series of whiskies. This classic single malt is a 55.2% abv cask strength bottling. Aging in the exceptional atmosphere of Goa, the maturation process takes place over a period of five to six years.

The nose is incredibly complex, yellow flesh fruits, cereals, malted barley, and vanilla. On the palate, the intensity and richness is revealed, especially on manuka honey, spices and cereals. A magnificent single malt of a high standard, with a juicy, soft friendly finish to part with.
