Mermaid Pink Gin

Distilled with 100% natural ingredients at the Isle of Wight Distillery, this small batch gin takes its name from the locally foraged rock samphire, also known as ‘Mermaid’s Kiss’. Staying true to its maritime roots, this gin support marine conservation projects and is presented in plastic-free packaging.

The nose has aromatic island strawberries and fragrant rock samphire. The palate is smooth and complex with citrus notes of lemon zest, a warm peppery spice and a touch of sea breeze. The finish is spicy and lingering.
