Glenkeir Treasures Twin Casks Secret Highland 11 Year Old

Part of our exclusive Glenkeir Treasures range, this single malt Scotch whisky is guaranteed to be unique, different and interesting. Distilled at one of the finest distilleries in the Scottish Highlands, this expression has been matured for a total of 11 years before being selected as the first release in our new Twin Casks series.

Using our own twin cask method, we select an individual cask that is perfect for drinking, prepare it for bottling and then return it to a second cask. Once we are satisfied that it is fully rested, it is then bottled straight from the cask. Presented at a strength of 46% abv, each release in this hand-filled series is limited and only available to The Whisky Shop customers.

The nose is mild, with dried fruits and apple emerging slowly from a mineral base. The palate is pleasantly mouth-filling with a sweet and creamy texture alongside a slightly more savoury note, before a light spice in the finish.
