Glenglassaugh Evolution

Created with a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels from Tennessee, this Highland single malt is full of finesse with great depth of character. Bottled at 50% abv, free from chill-filtration and artificial colouring. The nose is sweet and syrupy with barley, pineapple and vanilla, becoming more oaky. The palate is robust and peppery with green apples and barley, before salted caramel notes emerge. The finish is a vibrant combination of oak spice and gentle fruits.
