Glen Scotia 2016 TWS 30th Anniversary

A stunning five-year-old expression from Glen Scotia, bottled exclusively for The Whisky Shop’s 30th anniversary! This dram was matured in a first fill Bordeaux red wine hogshead. The single malt perfectly balances warm and spicy flavours with delicious fruit notes. It arrives at 58.2% abv.

The expression opens with ripe summer berries and creamy toffee. Then, there is juicy red apple and sweet clove, before red liquorice, and strawberry jam, with warming cinnamon and oak spice at the end.
