Fettercairn 22 Year Old

“Purity Is A Rare Thing” exclaims this famous Highland distillery, and the Fettercairn 22 Year Old aims to live up to the mantra. Using only the purest spring water and matured in ex-bourbon casks, this dram offers a beatiful amber gold colour and bottled at 47% abv.

The nose has banana, citrus fruit and plum, combined with raisin, fig and ginger bread. Spiced pear, caramelised orange and coffee on the palate, tempered by liquorice that then makes way to morello cherry, plum and treacle in the finish.
