Another outstanding bottling from That Boutique-y Whisky Company. This single malt from English Whisky Co. has been released as part of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s Wine Cask Series. Only 407 bottles have been yielded from this batch. This superbly peaty dram was matured in an Oloroso sherry cask and it was bottled at a staggering cask strength of 67% abv. 

Espresso, barbecue smoke, figs, and dried fruit meet the nose. The palate is spicy with ginger and is complemented by rich chocolate. The ginger continues into the lingering peppery finish.
