Elsburn 7 Year Old Batch 3 That Boutique-y Whisky Company

Released as part of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s tenth birthday celebrations comes a fabulous single malt from Germany’s Hammerschmiede Distillery. This whisky was matured in an ex-Rivesaltes cask for seven years before being bottled at a cask strength of 48.7% abv. There are just 345 bottles available of Batch 3 so you’ll need to be quick if you’d like to add this expression to your collection!

The nose brings marzipan, spiced oak, honey, and toasted nuts. The palate is satisfying and sumptuous with raspberries and cranberries before leading into the lingering finish full of orchard fruit and milk chocolate.
