Copalli Cacao

From Copalli Rum comes this delicious twist on their original white rum. Copalli Cacao is infused with roasted, 100% organic cacao nibs grown on the neighboring Copal Tree Farm, resulting in a rich chocolate flavour and aroma. Perfect simply on the rocks or in your favorite rum cocktail. 

On the nose we find a distinctive cocoa aroma, leading to a palate full of Belizian chocolate, with berries and a rich cocoa taste. The finish is long, creamy and sweet.
