From Compagnie Des Indies, comes the limited-edition 13th edition of Boulet de Canon rum. The sumptuous and complex rum is a combination of molasses rums from Panama and Nicaragua which have been matured in peated whisky casks, and undergone a 48-hour maceration. Bottled at 46% abv.
On the nose we find notes of toffee, barbequed meats and tobacco, leading to a palate full of oak, smoke, peat, rosemary and malt which lingers into the finish.
