White Dog is the name given to unaged spirit, bottled right off the still, and this expression from Buffalo Trace in Kentucky offers a glimpse at the foundations of the distillery’s famous whiskey. Presented at a strength of 62.5% abv, this expression is distilled from corn, rye and malted barley.

The nose is sweet with a slight burn. The palate brings a mouth-coating corn note with oily vanilla aspects, before a spicy finish.
