Bimber Apogee XII 12 Year Old

Apogee XII is yet another fabulous whisky from the Bimber team, based in West London. The up-and-coming distillery have once again blown us away with this blended malt which has been finished in Bimber’s used single malt casks. This blend is comprised of malt whiskies from the Highlands and Speyside that have been aged for 12 years.

Aromas of roasted pears, caramel, and ginger meet the nose, making for a rich expression that is both sweet and spicy. Apogee XII leaves a delectable taste of honey-drizzled peaches and a hint of earthy spice in the mouth.
